Stop using the item if you believe it may be unsafe. Keep it away from anyone who may be at risk and retain the item, packaging and photographs unless urgent action is needed to prevent harm.

Email support@partpact.com or use signed-in support. Include the job code, photographs, a clear description of the risk, whether anyone was hurt and whether another item may be affected.

What happens next
- PartPact records the report and can pause related work or payout.
- The matched manufacturer must cooperate and preserve production records.
- PartPact may coordinate a repair, replacement, refund, withdrawal, recall or customer notice.
- Reportable risks are passed to the appropriate product-safety authority.
