Customer rules

One repeatable print set, checked before it goes live.

The launch is intentionally narrow so jobs stay understandable for customers, helpers, and PartPact reviewers.

• Each launch job is one print set repeated up to 30 times. A set can include up to 12 STL model files.
• Only PLA and PETG jobs are supported at launch.
• Quotes are checked and must be accepted before payment.
• Payment is handled by Stripe-hosted checkout. PartPact does not store your card details.
• Approved helpers print to the agreed spec, then upload proof photos before your address is released.
• Split jobs can involve more than one parcel, and customers must accept that before launch.
• Unsafe or prohibited jobs may be rejected even after submission.
• Do not upload designs you do not have the right to use, sell, or have manufactured.
