Customer rules

One repeatable design, reviewed by a person.

The launch is intentionally narrow so jobs stay understandable for customers, helpers, and PartPact reviewers.

• Each launch job is one design repeated up to 30 units.
• Only PLA and PETG jobs are supported at launch.
• Quotes are checked and must be accepted before payment.
• Split jobs can involve more than one parcel, and customers must accept that before launch.
• Unsafe or prohibited jobs may be rejected even after submission.
