Customer rules

One repeatable print set, checked before it goes live.

The service is deliberately focused so jobs stay understandable for customers, helpers, and PartPact reviewers.

• Each job is one print set repeated up to 30 times. A set can include up to 12 STL model files.
• PartPact currently supports PLA and PETG jobs.
• Quotes are checked and must be accepted before payment.
• Payment is handled by Stripe-hosted checkout. PartPact does not store your card details.
• Before payment, PartPact shows the matched helper's supplier identity and contact details. The helper supplies the custom print and is the Stripe merchant; PartPact operates and supports the marketplace workflow.
• The paid launch flow uses one matched helper for the complete job and one tracked parcel.
• Tracked delivery is available to England, Scotland and Wales where Royal Mail or Evri accepts the address. Northern Ireland, international destinations, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man are not currently available.
• Approved helpers print to the agreed spec, then upload proof photos before your address is released.
• Unsafe or prohibited jobs may be rejected even after submission.
• Do not upload designs you do not have the right to use, sell, or have manufactured.
