Helper rules
Keep the job small, clear, and honest.
Helpers are approved only after a print assessment. The goal is steady, careful work, not racing to take the biggest batch or bypassing checks.
- Helpers are independent. You choose whether to request a claim, and you are responsible for your own tax, tools, materials, and safe working practices.
- Assess the risks of work you choose and obtain insurance that is legally required or reasonably appropriate. PartPact does not arrange or provide helper insurance.
- Helpers must pass the PartPact print assessment before claiming jobs.
- New helpers should expect small approved quantities first rather than full batches.
- Proof photos must match the approved print spec and the actual finished parts.
- Only claim jobs you can print to the approved spec, using the agreed material and settings.
- Helpers must not contact buyers outside the approved workflow to bypass reviews or records.
- Shipping details are only available after buyer proof approval.
- For jobs using PartPact postage, PartPact buys one approved Evri or Royal Mail label after print proof is approved. Helpers must use that document, post within the stated deadline, and upload the drop-off receipt.
- Helpers must complete Stripe Connect payout setup before claiming paid work. Stripe collects payout details directly, so do not enter bank details or tax IDs into PartPact unless a secure reviewed flow asks for them.
