Helper rules

Keep the job small, clear, and honest.

Helpers are trusted only after a starter print. The goal is steady, careful work, not racing to take the biggest batch or bypassing checks.

• Helpers are independent. You choose whether to request a claim, and you are responsible for your own tax, tools, materials, and safe working practices.
• Helpers must pass the PartPact starter print before claiming jobs.
• New helpers should expect small approved quantities first rather than full batches.
• Proof photos must match the approved print spec and the actual finished parts.
• Only claim jobs you can print to the approved spec, using the agreed material and settings.
• Helpers must not contact buyers outside the approved workflow to bypass reviews or records.
• Shipping details are only available after buyer proof approval.
• Helpers must complete Stripe Connect payout setup before claiming paid work. Stripe collects payout details directly, so do not enter bank details or tax IDs into PartPact unless a secure reviewed flow asks for them.
